Inclusion criteria: Adult patient undergoing superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery anastomosis under general anesthesia for moyamoya disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not agree to participate in the study Patients with preoperative neurological deficits
