Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Male patients over 65 years of age who were diagnosed with COPD according to the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) guideline - Those who corresponding to the group B,C,D in the refined ABCD assessment tool.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with a history of lung surgery within the last 3 months and currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy or acute lung disease (pneumonia) - Patients whose movement is restricted due to other diseases and the 6-minute gait test is restricted (osteoarthritis, spinal disease, cerebral infarction, heart failure, etc.) - Patients unable to obtain voluntary consent - Patients unable to check bio-impedence analysis due to the insertion of an artificial pacemaker or defibrillator - Patients with a history of surgery within the last 3 months
