Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 40 to 80 2. Patients taking Hyeonggaeyeongyo-tang or Cheongsangboha-tang for COPD treatment at Kyung Hee University Medical Center – Department of Internal Korean Medicine (Pulmonary & Allergy System) 3. Patients who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for COPD: FEV1/FVC<0.70 by spirometry (according to GOLD criteria) 4. Those who voluntarily agreed in writing to participate in this observational study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not receiving Korean medicine treatment because it has not been indicated, based on the clinical judgment of the treating doctor 2. Patients receiving Korean medicine treatment at another institution for the treatment of respiratory diseases within the last 30 days 3. Pregnant or nursing women
