Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants in the experiment must satisfy all of the following selection criteria. (1) Non-smokers among men between the ages of 20 and 29 (2) Those whose blood pressure at rest is less than 140/90 mmHg (3) Those with a body mass index (BMI) of less than 25 kg/m2 and a body fat percentage of less than 25% (4) A person who has never been diagnosed with anemia at a medical institution (5) Those who have never been diagnosed with sleep disorder disease, musculoskeletal disease, cardiovascular disease and metabolic disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are taking drugs or health supplements for disease treatment or health purposes (2) Those who plan to drink or exercise during the experiment period (3) Those whose maximum oxygen intake is less than 44.9ml/kg/min as a result of exercise stress test
