Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who undergone left nasotracheal intubation for maxillofacial surgery 20 years = age < 80 years American society of anesthesia (ASA) classification 1 - 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent upper respiratory infection Anatomical change of nose Bleeding tendency, administration of anticoagulant History of recurrent epistaxis History of nasopharyngeal surgery Difficulty of nasotracheal intubation such as nasal septum deviation
