Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Secondary spontenous pneumothorax patient, adults aged 40 years or older who were scheduled for thoracoscopic lung wedge resection at the Kyung Pook University Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Sepsis and systemic infections. 2) Severe interstitial lung disease and pulmonary fibrosis. 3) Past medical history of previous lung resection surgery on the same side. 5) Chronic use or abuse of painkillers or sedatives. 6) Bleeding tendency. 7) Cannot understand objective indicators, such as pain scores. 8) ECOG 3 or higher. 9) Refusal to participate in the study.
