Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those between the ages of 25 and 45 who have been diagnosed with non-specific back pain by a doctor, those who have experienced back pain for 6 weeks or more in the past 12 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with complications such as cancer or infection, those who have undergone orthopedic surgery on the lower back, pelvis, or hip joint, those with neurological symptoms such as radiating pain, paresthesia, and muscle paralysis, those with inflammatory diseases such as spinal tuberculosis or rheumatism, pregnant
