Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants in this study will be older workers aged 65 or older who reside in a community and participate voluntarily in the study. * Inclusion criteria Those who have been employed for more than 3 months Those who are able to use a smartphone Those who do not experience difficulty reading or understanding a written text Those who can cooperate when obtaining body measurements Those who understand the purpose and contents of the study and agree to participate via written consent Those who do not have a serious cognitive impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who had been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment Those who are already participating in another health promotion program
