Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We studied 126 breast cancer surgical patients, aged 20–60 yr, anesthesiologists(ASA) class 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who were done endotracheal surgery or have a symptom( cough, hoarseness , sore throat , UTI symptoms etc. ) will be excluded . And also patients who will have a co-operational surgery , disagree with this study , can not talk about symptoms due to poor cognitive function

MeasureTime frame
The patients were interviewed to obtain the sore throat, hoarseness and cough scores at 10 min before breast cancer surgery and at 1, 6, and 24 hours after breast cancer surgery. And we can also collected the patient's hospital days and time to restart general meal.
