Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients over 20 years of age who are scheduled to undergo posterior spinal instrumentation due to degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine - Patients who have not responded to conservative treatment for more than 6 months due to lumbar spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, or repeated lumbar disc herniation - Patients with osteoporosis (T score = -2.5) in the lumbar spine and femoral bone density test. - Patients who voluntarily consented in writing to participate in this clinical trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients undergoing spinal instrumentation after being infectious status from spinal or intervertebral disc and tumorous status from vertebral body and spinal cord -Patients who do not consent to the study -Patients judged unsuitable for participation in clinical trials by other investigators
