Interventions

Others : Control group : A total 40ml of normal saline are injected on bilateral quadratus lumborum block with ultrasound guided, after anesthesia induction. Experimental group : A total 40ml of 0.375

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing laparoscopic liver resection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - pregnant women - Severe impaired coagulation profile (equal or more than INR 1.5 last coagulation test before the surgery) - Patients who have unstable coronary disease or congestive heart failure or arrhythmia or cardiomyopathy - Patients who have cerebrovascular disease - Patients who have systemic infection or local infection on flank area - Patients who don't understand about study or refuse the study - Patients who have allergy for local anesthetics - Patients who have history of severe psychological disease
