Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants aged 20years old. 2) Chronic renal failure patients (grade 3-4) whose estimated glomerular filtration ratio (eGFR) calculated using the CKD-EPI formula ( 15 ml/min/1.73 m2- 60 ml/min/1.73 m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants who received renal replacement therapy 2) Participants with baseline serum Potassium 6.0 or higher
