Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult men and women over the age of 20 2) Those with wrist pain 3) A person who can express his/her opinion and execute instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with a history of surgery due to a fracture of the arm joint or suspected of radiating pain such as cervical neuropathy 2) Those with skin burns or skin allergies 3) Those who have administered injection treatment for symptoms related to wrist pain within 1 month 4) Those who have difficulty expressing symptoms accurately 5) Others recognized by the principal investigator as inappropriate to participate in the study 6) For women of childbearing age, those who test positive for pregnancy test 7) Those with a history of light-sensitive rash
