Drug : Patients are randomly allocated to receive a 7- or 14-days standard triple therapy (rabeprazole 20mg, amoxicillin 1.0g, clarithromycin 500mg, each administered twice daily for 7 days or 14 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Persons who needs to receive Helicobacter pylori test ? No history of H. pylori treatment ? No history of antibiotics use within 1 month ? Persons who agree to the study process and goal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Recent antibiotics use within 1 month ? Person who received subtotal gastrectomy ? Person who has a severe hepatic, renal, and cardiopulmonary abnormality ? Person who do not agree to attend this study
