Drug : There are 3 groups in total, and each group is composed as follows. 1) Group N : Nefopam 20mg (2ml) + 0.9% saline 18ml ( 20ml) 2) Group K : Ketorolac 30mg (1ml) + 0.9% saline 19ml ( 20ml) 3) Gr

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 20 years or older who are scheduled to undergo thyroidectomy under general anesthesia 2) Patients with ASA physical status 1-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluded if any of the following apply: 1) Patients weighing 67 kg or more or BMI of 30 kg/m2 or more 2) Patients with tachycardia or need to avoid tachycardia (ventricular fibrillation, coronary artery disease, etc.) 3) Patients with respiratory disease, kidney disease, glaucoma, or bleeding tendency 4) Patients allergic to Nefopam and Ketorolac 5) Patients who do not undergo endotracheal intubation and extubation 6) Patients undergoing surgery in areas other than the thyroid gland
