Inclusion criteria: patients, aged 18–70 years, undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patient with literacy problem 2) language difficulties 3) history of psychotic disease 4) alcohol or drug abuse
