Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - adult 19 years of age or older - a patient who has been diagnosed with fungal sinusitis by an otolaryngologist and is scheduled for surgery - a person who can read and fill out questionnaires for performance evaluation - a person who consented to participation in the study and follow-up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - a patient who does not want surgery treatment - a patient with abnormal findings on preoperative hematological tests and chest radiography - a patient who is not healthy enough to perform the test - a person with serious psychiatric problems - a person who is judged to be inappropriate as clinical subjects by the researcher or unable to participate in surveys
