Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Men and women between the ages of 20 and 80 2) Among patients undergoing screening or follow-up colonoscopy, polyps with a size of 4-9 mm were found 3) ECOG performance status 0 – 1 4) American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) Status 1 – 3 5) Patients with adequate patient compliance and adequate geographic distance for follow-up 6) Patients who have signed the consent form before starting treatment and understand that they have the right to withdraw from the clinical trial at any time without any disadvantage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) In case of dented lesion or gross suspicion of cancer 2) Inappropriate bowel preparation (in case the BBBP score is less than 6 and the segment score is 1 or less in at least one place) 3) Patients who have undergone total or partial colectomy 4) Patients who are taking an anticoagulant (Warfarin, direct oral anticoagulant) and cannot stop before the procedure 5) If the platelet count is less than 80,000/mm3 in blood tests within the last 6 months 6) If the prothrombin time is 1.5 INR or more in blood tests within the last 6 months 7) If the partial active thrombin time in blood tests within the last 6 months is higher than the normal standard 8) Patients with a history of malignancy or current disease 9) Patients with combined serious cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, kidney disease, liver disease, and blood system disease 10) Patients with dementia, cognitive impairment, or consciousness impairment 11) Pregnant or lactating patients 12) Gastrointestinal polyposis patients 13) In case of failure to obtain informed consent of the subject and guardian
