Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class I adult patient who undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery, 2. Reoperation, 3. Calculation or soy oil allergy, 4. QT extension confirmed in preoperative ECG, 5. history of drug abuse, 6. In case of taking other drugs, 7. In case of co-operation with other surgery, 8. Short surgery within 1 hour.
