Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients diagnosed with metamorphosis angina - Patients with hypercholesterolemia requiring statin treatment - who agree to informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergy and contraintication in Statin - Patients who need to use statins other than Pravastatin - Patients who need to use Fenofibrate or Iomega-3 together. - Pregnancy
