Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A patients who needs general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age under 19 years old 2. Abnormal anatomy of upper airway of history of upper airway surgery 3. Underlying coronary or cerebral disease which will be affected by the hemodynamic change after endotracheal intubation 4. Patients on medication of underlying coronary disease 5. Patients who scheduled for emergency surgery
