Medical Device : All subjects monitor both Twitchview and Stimpod, but during induction and maintenance of anesthesia, the TV group performs anesthesia induction and maintenance based on the TOF of Tw

Inclusion criteria: ASA class 1- 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hemiparesis or Hemiplegia patients taking anticonvulsant

Measure MEP amplitude at 15-minute intervals (mean and CV)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Vocal cord status;Time to recover the TOF count to 4 on each instrument;Time to recover the TOF ratio to 20% for each instrument;Record the TOF values for each instrument at 5-minute intervals;Mean and CV of TOFR;Time taken for each instrument to reach a TOF ratio of 50, 75, or 90;Time at which TOF count becomes 0 (each monitors)
