Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -25 to 55 years old -Non-specific low back pain from a doctor Diagnosed person -More than half in the last 12 weeks People who have experienced low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - People with lateralosis or herd disc lesions - Those with neurological lesions of the uly - Have a history of surgery on the hip, pelvis and abdomen traumatised - You have been injected within 3 months. - If you have been giving birth for less than one year
