Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary onset stroke 3 months after onset of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage Adult patients over 19 years of age FMA–Upper extremity score 26 or higher Patients with unilateral paralysis with shoulder & elbow strength of level 2 or higher (poor) and grades 3 or lower (fair) Patients with cognitive ability to understand and perform instructions Patients who voluntarily agree to participate in the study by themselves or their guardians

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with orthopedic or neurological problems, except strokes shoulder or elbow spasticity with a modified Ashworth scale(MAS) score = 2 Patients who are unable to properly perform robotic therapy due to severe pain in the upper extremities of the paralysis side Patients with severe neglect syndrome
