Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with chronic nephropathy of CKD 3 or higher who visit the department of kidney medicine or family medicine at Yongin Severance Hospital (2) Adults 19 years of age or older; (3) A person who has received written consent prior to research-related procedures (4) A person who can speak or read Korean

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients do not agree with the study (2) If the person in charge of research is deemed inappropriate to be a subject of research when determined by the person in charge of research.
