Drug : Intraoperative Dexmedetomidine administration: Dexmedetomidine will be infused in rate of 0.05 cc/hr ~ 0.125 cc/hr (4mcg/cc, 0.2 ~ 0.5 mcg/kg/hr), from anesthesia induction to the end of surge

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing a non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia who are aged over 64

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency operation, organ transplantation surgery, cardiac surgery Liver failure, renal failure. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical classification 4 or 5 Underlying dementia, Parkinson's disease Unable to communicate or unclear mentality Refuse to write informed consent
