Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults over 55 and under 90 years of age (2) Bone density test results measured with Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) below T -score -2.5 SD (3) Patients with confirmed spinal compression fractures as a result of radiography (4) Patients considered clinically beneficial by EVENITY or FORSTEO. (5) Patients who want to participate in the study, follow treatment and procedures, and visit the hospital for all subsequent assessments (6) Patients who voluntarily signed the consent form after hearing the purpose, method, effect, etc. of this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients under 55 or over 90 years of age (2) Severe heart disease, lung disease, liver disease, kidney failure, etc. (3) A severe spinal compression fracture requiring emergency surgery. (4) Pressure fracture due to strong trauma (traffic accident, fall, etc.) (5) Patients who had spinal surgery in the past. (6) For patients with past hip fractures. (7) Patients with metabolic or bone disease. (8) Patients who are currently taking medications that may affect bone metabolism (bisphosphonate, parathyroid hormone drugs, vitamin D, chemotherapy, steroids, etc.).
