Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving elective video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in Seoul St. Mary's Hospital 2. Aged 20-75 years 3. Consent to participate 4. ASA class I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate 2. Emergent operation 3. Preoperative analgesics due to chronic pain 4. Unable to communicate 5. History of psychiatric disorder 6. History of allergy and/or adverse reaction to local anesthetics 7. History of coagulopathy 8. ASA class IV
