Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with flat feet - Subjects with a score of 6 or higher as a result of measuring the foot posture index - Those who do not have musculoskeletal pain or neurological abnormalities in the lower extremities - Those who can participate in a lower extremity exercise program that supports body weight

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Subjects who have had lower extremity surgery experience - Subjects with neurological disorders - Subjects with hip and knee joint contractures - Those with skin diseases
