Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients diagnosed with heart disease (acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, heart valve disease, etc.) and underwent surgery -Patients who can understand how to train -Patients who have consented to the above clinical trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with uncontrolled medical conditions -Patients unable to walk independently -Patients with contracture of lower limb joints (hip joint, knee joint, ankle joint) that obstruct walking -Patients in physical condition with difficulty in high intensity gait training -In case of using other treatments that may affect safety and efficacy evaluation -Patients who disagree with the above clinical trial
