Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 to 40 years old, People with neck pain for more than 6 weeks, People diagnosed with non-specific neck pain, People with upper rib breathing patterns.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with neurological symptoms of the cervical spine, Those who have had cervical spine surgery, a person diagnosed with scoliosis, who are being treated in another hospital; a person taking pain relievers, malignant tumor, spinal infection, spinal fracture.
