Inclusion criteria: ? older adults aged 65 and over residing in long-term care facilities ? able to communicate ? residing in LTCF for more than 2 months ? understands the purpose of this study and agrees to participate in the survey

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? unable to communicate ? residing in LTCF less than 2 months
