Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age=65 years; 2. The ability to use IoMT devices; 3. The ability to understand Korean instructions; 4. The ability to understand study purpose and to participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Being hospitalized or institutionalized; 2. Cognitive impairment indicated by a score of =23 on the Korean-mini Mental State Examination, 2nd Edition(K-MMSE~2); 3. Reporting severe suicidal ideation or depressive mood; 4. Having already participated in other studies.
