Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A person diagnosed with a partial rupture of the rotator cuff between the ages of 20 and 60 Active joint range of motion: Abduction over 160 degrees Those who are 3/10 or less on the Numerical Pain Rating Scale Those who scored 15 or higher on the K-DASH questionnaire A person who understands and agrees to the purpose of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with complete rotator cuff tear Those with past shoulder surgery and severe trauma Acute inflammatory condition of the shoulder (less than 1 week) - Those with neurologic signs Those who are unable to comply with treatment and follow-up schedule
