Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy adult male (20s and 30s) 2) subject who do not exercise for 30 minutes or more twice a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) subject who do not have left-right asymmetry of the spine 2) subject with diseases that may cause problems with the motion of the sagittal plane of the spine 3) subject who have radiating pain below the buttocks 4) subject with neurological defects 5) subject with major spinal pathology 6) subject who experience pain when performing the tasks performed in this study
