Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy adult male (20s and 30s) 2) A person who can perform squat movements according to instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subject who exercise twice a week for at least 30 minutes per session 2) Subject with musculoskeletal disorders in the lower extremities 3) Subject who have pain during squat 4) Subject with a difference of 10 mm or more in the length of the lower extremities
