Medical Device : Total 84 patients were allocated randomly into two groups, VCV and PCV-VG with 6 mL/kg predicted body weight (PBW) and PEEP 5 mmHg in both groups. The participants randomly assigned p

T2, 10 minutes after the induction of GA with fraction of inspired oxygen(FiO2) 0.5 in supine position
T3, 10 minutes after desufflation of CO2 in supine position with FiO2 0.5
T4, 30 min after emergence from anesthesia in the recovery room with mask 6L.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classes I and II, aged between 19 and 70 years, who underwent elective robot assisted laparoscopic gynecologic surgery which maintain Trendenlenburg and CO2 insufflation time longer than an hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included the following: patient refusal, Body Mass Index (BMI) > 35 kg / m2, ASA physical status class ? and IV, past history of thoracic surgery, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diaphragmatic paralysis and patients who are not able to cooperate.
