Inclusion criteria: CT MRI herniated nucleus pulposus spinal stenosis 3) Numeric rating scale (NRS) 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any history of surgery on cervical spine Patients with any history of cervical neuroplasty of cervical nucleoplasty Patients with any trauma history of car accident Patients with neoplastic disease Patients complaining pain on both sides of the upper extremity Patients who were not present on one-month follow-up visits
