Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women aged 65 or older who are applicable to the frailty index

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who are not applicable to the frailty index - Those with vulnerability (adults with impaired ability to give consent) - Those with mild cognitive impairment

Changes in Muscle Strength of Lower Extremities

MeasureTime frame
Change in Muscle mass, elderly physical strength test(cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle endurance, flexibility, balance) and grip strength, lower limb muscle function, body composition (muscle mass, body fat mass) 12 weeks after pre-test.
