Inclusion criteria: -Men over the age of 20 -Those who are not burdened with US image scanning

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -If there is pain in the measurement site (abdomen) - In case of surgery or surgery on the measurement site -Persons with mental or physical weakness or mental illness -When the full extent of RA cannot be observed on the US image (when the depth of RA in the scan area exceeds 6 cm) -Students from the same department as the researcher
