Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were: ? women who were more than a year since last menstruation; ? aged 49 to 64 years; ? ability to smartphone use.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were: ? exercise regularly within the last 6 months; ? restriction on physical activity; ? receiving hormone replacement therapy.
