Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with lung cancer and planned to undergoing elective lung surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous eye surgery, diagnosed with eye surgery baseline IOP > 30 mmHg Poor lung function (FEV1<60 %), converted open surgery, hemodynamic instability (SBP dropped under 20% of baseline)
