Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - cervical radiculopathy from unilateral 1-2 nerve branches consistent with MRI findings - patients undergoing SGB - patients who have not been responsive to conservative treatment for more than 1 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - history of cervical spine surgery - cervical radiculopathy from bilateral or more than 3 nerve branches - when facet joint syndrome or myofascial pain syndrome should be excluded - impairment in daily function - contraindications for local anesthetics or corticosteroid - patients with coagulopathy, pregnant or lactating patients - patients with uncontrolled medical or psychiatric problems
