Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged between 15 and 60 ? Patients who are using mental health institute or hospital for the treatment of mental disorder ? Patients are required to be clinically stable (Clinical Global Impression (CGI) score: 5 or less) and able to complete program and tests

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? severe and unstable physical illness ? severe impairment of reality testing ? inpatients ? previous experience of same program
