Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) stroke survivors; (2) age between 18 and 99 years; (3) height: 132-200 ?; (4) suitability for gait training (able to walk at least one step with apparatus/assistance) as assessed clinically; (5) hip-knee length: 33-48 cm; (6) knee-foot length: 33-48 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) weight > 135 ?; (2) uncontrolled hypertension (stage 2) with blood pressure > 160/100 mmHg; (3) cardiopulmonary dysfunction affecting the ambulation test; (4) bone instability (non-combined fractures, unstable spine, or severe osteoporosis); (5) other neurodegenerative disorders (Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis); (6) significant pain and sensory deficits.
