Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: : (1) Adults aged between 19 and 60 years, (2)Those with no abnormality in the sense of smell and (3) Those with two or more types of total Nasal Symptom Score (4)A person who understands the purpose of this study and agrees to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are sensitive or reluctant to aroma essential oil, (2) Those who are currently pregnant, and (3) Those with diseases, such as hypotensive, heart, liver, or kidney disease.
