Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Outpatient visitors, adults aged 40 to 65 who want colonoscopy for general examination
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients with cancer or inflammatory bowel disease - Patients taking drugs related to gastrointestinal movement (laxatives, metoclopramide, tegaserod, erythromycin, PPI) within one month of examination, or antibiotics - Patients with BMI greater than 30 - Patients with lactase deficiency - Patients taking immunosuppressants
