Behavioral : After induction of general anesthesia and intubation is completed, according to the randomly assigned group, the music group listens to music with earphones on, the earphone group listens

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class 1,2,3 patient undergoing trauma surgery under general anesthesia Patients who gave informed consent to study Anesthesia time of 30 minutes or longer Age: 20 to 79 years old Patients who are conscious enough to answer the Numeric Pain Score (NRS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA class 4 or higher Patients who did not give informed consent to the study Surgery in which anesthesia time is expected to be less than 30 minutes A patient who was already mechanically ventilated through a tracheal tube before anesthesia induction
