Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged 19 to under 80 2. Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) 15 or higher 3. Participants diagnosed with Sleep disorders by DSM-5 criteria 4. Participants who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study 5. Participants who willing to receive Korean medicine treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who have received treatment for insomnia in the past four weeks 2. Participants who are challenging to follow the treatment schedule 3. Participants who are determined to be unsuitable for the study by the investigator
