Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unstable distal radius fracture - Initial angulation > 20 degree - initial shortening > 10mm - severe dorsal comminution - Intra-articular fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Multiple injury - Open distal radius fracture - Neurovasular injury - AO type C3 - Chronic opioid user - Allergy to opioid, local anesthetic, dexamethasone - Patient who wants PCA - Patient who underwent surgery with general anesthesia - Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus - Patient who required general use of steroid
